Mrs. Vicky Tiner, age 77, of Fort Payne, Alabama passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023 at her residence. Vicky was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, & a dear friend.

She is survived by:

Son: Duane (Barbara) Mitchell

Grandchildren: Matt Baker, Haley (Josh) Spillman, Jordanna (Terry) Earl, Chris (Summer) Mitchell, & Angela (Daniel) Cauley

Great-Grandchildren: Elsie, Jack, Jett, Walt Spillman & Tripp, Tre, Jalyn, Jaxson Earl

Sister: Marcy (Melvin) Kirkpatrick

Sister-in-law: Lana (Donnie) Miller

Nieces: Stephanie Blalock, Brittany Blalock, Sherry Samson, & Christy Miller

Nephew: Wayne Kirkpatrick & Scott Blalock
