Mrs. Julia (Judy) Ann Culpepper Martin, age 81, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at her residence.

She is survived by:

Grandchildren: Brittany, Tyler, Allison, & Bailee Martin

Great-Granddaughter: Sophie Martin

Parents: Joe Culpepper & Margie McSpadden Culpepper

Husband: Ronnie Martin

I just found out about this. Dad loved Mrs. Culpepper. She was always so gracious and kind to me growing up as well! She will truly be missed in our town!
