Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Jean Norrell, age 87, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at her residence.

She is survived by:

Daughter: Dwayla DeForest

Niece: Beth Harrell

Husband: Waylon M. Norrell

Parents: Tom Head & Leola Stephens Head

Brother: Billy Head
