Jimmy D. Alverson, 63, of Fort Payne, AL passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center. He was employed at GH Metal Solutions and was the Honorary Associate Pastor at Mt. Carmel Wesleyan Church.

Jimmy was a wonderful person.. kind to everybody...I was blessed to had him as my Sunday school teacher and assistant preacher..I will miss him and always remember how kind and what a wonderful person he was..I know he is healed now and I will see him again one day.
