Mr. Glenn "Scooter" Burt

Mr. Glenn David “Scooter” Burt, age 76, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away at Huntsville Hospital on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Glenn was born and graduated high school in Fort Payne. He was a retired truckdriver for Vulcraft after many years.

He is survived by:

Son: David Burt (Tanya Wofford)

Grandchildren: Allie Burt (Jeremy Graham) & Levi Burt

Great-Grandchildren: GraceyMae, Harper, & Draven

Sister: Jean Stirk (Harold)

Several Nieces & Nephews

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Alton R. Burt & Margaret Carr Burt

Siblings: Jimmy, Wilma, Don, Steve, Kathy, Mac, & Sonny
