Mrs. Doris Couch

September 4, 1931 – September 28, 2019

Doris Couch died peacefully on the morning of September 28, 2019 at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, James A. Couch, originally from Milan, MO;

her younger son Stephen Couch of Durham, NC;

her elder son Tim Couch and his wife Pam;

granddaughter Laura and her husband Ben Snead, and great-grandson Charlie Snead of Plano, TX;

and grandson Daniel Couch and his wife Jennie, and great-grandchildren Olivia and Jackson Couch of West Palm Beach, FL;

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Claude R. Burt and Daisy Shellnut Burt;

A luncheon will immediately follow the burial, hosted by their home congregation at the Fort Payne Church of Christ, located at 513 Grand Ave. NW, Fort Payne, AL 35967
