Mrs. Teresa Ann Fobbus Bailey, age 71, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026.

Teresa was born in Fort Payne, Alabama on December 20, 1954 to Lowell “Bunk” Fobbus & Helen Houston Fobbus and she graduated from Fort Payne High School Class of 1973. She loved being a “Nonna” to her grandchildren who she loved dearly.

She is survived by:

Sons: Bobby D. Bailey II (Kim) & Nick Bailey (Lauren)

Sister: Connie Fobbus Bruce (Shan)

Brother: Marc Fobbus (Delayna)

Grandchildren: Trey Bailey (Maegan), Braxton Bailey (Haylee), Drew Bailey (Kaiden), & Dansby Bailey

Great-Grandchildren: Bryce, Emery, Greyson, & Charlie

Several Nieces, Nephews, & Cousins

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Lowell “Bunk” Fobbus & Helen Fobbus Oyler

Step-Father: Bill Oyler

Father of her Children: Bobby D. Bailey

Nephew: Michael Bruce
