Mrs. Martha Lou Hulgan, age 83, of Valley Head, Alabama, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by:

Son: Eric Hulgan

Grandchildren: Tyler Meadows (Britney), Ethan Meadows, Savanna Morales (Daniel), Heather Smith (Brandon), & Rob Coyle (Jamie)

Great-Grandchildren: Madison Meadows, Natalie Meadows, McKenzie Meadows, Alex Smith, Zach Smith, & Braxton Smith

Sister: Clara Bozeman

My children had Mrs. Hulgan at the Child Development Center. They loved her with all their hearts. She gave them a wonderful start in learning, loving, and appreciating. She was so kind, lovely, understanding, and just a great person in every aspect. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you've done for the children.
Rest in peace, you will never be forgotten. We love you.
