Mrs. Janet Dee Grisham Tucker, age 72, of Fort Payne, Alabama passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Erlanger Hospital.

She is survived by:

Children: Amanda Tucker (Sammy Bailey), Robert Grisham (Christa Curtis-Grisham), William Tucker (Tamara Dickson), & Lisa Tucker

Grandchildren: Jonathan Driskill, Shanise Wilson, Christopher Bain, Lendon Tucker, Dendon Tucker, Phillip Grisham, Kairi Tucker, Gideon Grisham, Mary Bailey, Judah Grisham, & Zoey Tucker

Great-Grandchildren: Jordan Driskell, Sophie Tyson, & Steve Bain

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Dendon & Opal Grisham

Brothers: Jackie Grisham & Denny Grisham

She was a sweet, caring lady. She loved her grandbabies so much. She was always kind to me when we spoke. She will be missed. Prayers for her family.

I have happy memories of going to visit her and her family when we were all still young (and before they moved to Alabama). We always had such a good time at their house in Egypt! Great food as Opal was such a good cook. Wonderful memories of our annual reunion at the grove at Aunt Lois's too. I am sorry for your loss so just rest knowing Janet is at peace with her child, mother, dad and brothers all around her once again.

You have my deepest sympathy and condolences. I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Janet at V. I. Prewett for years. She was a hardworking, Godly person who cared deeply for everyone she met. She loved her children and grandchildren. She will be missed.
