Mrs. Charlotte Evelyn McGee, age 57, of Mentone, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by:

Sisters: Jacqueline Tipton (Tom), Rosetta McGee (Phillip Pannell), & Carlotta McGee (Tim Sanders)

Brother-in-law: Jamie Pannell

Several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, & Great-Nephews

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Charles Edward McGee & Evelyn Flarity McGee

Sisters: Mattie “Georgette” McGee & Loretta Lynn McGee

Children: Elizabeth Turner Russell & Bruce Andrew Turner Jr.

Pallbearers: Wyatt McGee, Jaimee McGee, Tony Headrick, Tom Tipton, John Lawton, Mark Battles, John Tyler Lawton, & Jayken Lawton

Mrs.Charlott was always very sweet. With a beautiful smile. I grew up with her younger sisters. Wonderful family. Prayers for her family , may you all find comfort in the Lord.

i didn’t know her, but i have the great pleasure of knowing wyatt, miss rosetta, and mattie. i only heard great things about miss charlotte… and how much of a fighter she was. may this beautiful soul rest in peace. praying so hard for all of you guys. 🩵

I grew up with this family. Loretta was my sister's best friend and Rosetta was and still is. I am so sorry for their loss. These are amazing people and getting to know them is one of my biggest blessings.
