Mr. Russell H. Stalvey, age 85, of Mentone, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.

He is survived by:

So sad to hear this .. I always enjoyed visiting with Russell ..sometimes just at the Post Office in passing…May God watch over his wife Ruby and other loved ones ..
