Elaine and Howard my heart goes out to you in the loss of your brother. Even though we’ve not seen one another in years the Hinkleman family are special to me.
I pray God will give you all peace now and the days ahead.

Dear Sweet Phyllis,
I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Billy was in my brothers High School graduating class & although I didn’t know him well, I’m sure he was a terrific guy if you choose him for your husband. Phyllis, I have thought of you often throughout these past years & when I recall our FHS CLASS of 69’ class reunion, I regret not taking the time to really visit with you & catch up on all the things going on in your life. There is a reason why that happened ~ it had nothing to do with you, sweet Phyllis….but the reason is best explained over the phone. Please know that I have always treasured our friendship. You were one of the first people I met when I started at Elberta Middle School & you made me feel so welcome & accepted me as a friend from day one. That meant more to me than you will ever know. You made those 3 years Elberta so much fun! I’m sure the loss of Bill is devastating for you & your family. Please know that I am sending love & prayers for comfort & healing for your loss each day. I have tried, dear friend, to find your phone number because I would love to talk, catch up& get reacquainted. My phone # is 404-242-5245 . Of course, I completely understand that you are going through a most difficult, overwhelming time in your life right now so please do not feel any obligation to call . When I lost my husband I didn’t really didn’t want to reach out to people for months. You have my love, my friendship, & my complete understanding. With respect & affection, Millie Cooper Dusek

Billy was best man for my wedding when I married my wife, his cousin Joyce in 1965. He couldn't keep a straight face through the wedding and always kept everyone smiling throughout his life. We loved every minute of knowing him.

Hink will be truly missed. I had the pleasure of working with him for several years! He made the best chocolate chip cookies! He always had a wonderful smile and could always make you laugh. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

UB… you were one of a kind! Your zest for living life and doing your own thing was admirable. Your fashion sense (or lack there of) will always stand out to me! You could always make me laugh! Thank you for loving on my kids when they were younger! They always enjoyed Uncle Billy time ❤️

My dearest friend I am so heart broken to turn my computer on and to read about Billy, he fought a good fight but God needed him more, he’s in no more pain or sorrow and dancing among the Angels!
