Mr. Tim Traffanstedt

December 24, 1947 – November 29, 2023

Mr. Tim Traffanstedt, age 75, of Valley Head, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at his residence.

Tim was born in Fort Payne, Alabama on December 24, 1947 to David Allen Traffanstedt & Myrlean Culpepper Traffanstedt. He enlisted in the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He later worked as a truckdriver and then at Earthgrains Bakery in Fort Payne. Tim was also a member of Northside Baptist Church.

He is survived by:

Wife: Brenda Traffanstedt

Son: Scott Traffanstedt (Jaclynn)

Daughter: Tammy Wilks (Jason)

Grandchildren: Maggie Bell (Trey), Ava Wilks, Harper Traffanstedt, & Hadlee Traffanstedt

Brother: Steve Traffanstedt (Vickie)

Sister: Shelia Pendergrass

Several Nieces & Nephews

Preceded in death by:

Parents: David & Myrlean Traffanstedt

Brother-in-law: Jerry Pendergrass

Pallbearers: Trey Bell, Adam Tuxbury, Dustin Burt, Kevin Pendergrass, Lonnie Pendergrass, & Tim Travis

We always loved being in Tim’s presence. We have wonderful memories of our road trip with Tim being our guide, family fellowship meals, fishing, etc. We look forward to being in his presence again because of Jesus! We’re lifting all of you up as we ask the Lord to comfort you as only He can.
