She is survived by:

Loving Husband of 40 years: Tony Olin Teat

Beautiful Daughters: Sabrina Humberd, Charity Williams (James), & Hope Champion (Don)

8 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren

Sister: Shirley Smith Hayes

Many loving Nieces & Nephews

Pallbearers: Brandon Heard, Jordan Cosby, Jared Cosby, Zachary Champion, Noah Champion, & Kelsey Stevens

She was preceded in death by:

Parents: Charlie & Juanita Smith

Brothers: Gary Smith & James Smith

My beautiful Aunt Carol, I will always love you more than I could ever express. My tears are over come with rejoicing that you are in heaven with my Daddy, your brother! He loved you so much, you were there at the end of his life and I know he was there to welcome you with the same open arms you prayed that he had when he passed.
