Mrs. Billie Jean Everett Blevins, age 81, of Fort Payne, AL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Collinsville Nursing Home. She was born on September 6, 1938 to Russell and Lela Bell (Cowart) Everett. She graduated from Fort Payne High School and retired from Blevins Hosiery as a co-owner. If you knew her, you knew how much she loved to sing. She was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church.
