Mrs. Barbara Phillips Morgan, age 84, of Valley Head, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.

She was born on October 4, 1939 in Tennessee to Charles J. Phillips & Sally Dean Phillips.

She is survived by:

Son: James L. Morgan (Michelle)

Sister-in-law: Laurena Phillips

Several Nieces & Nephews

Husband: David G. Morgan

Brothers: Charles Phillips & Leroy Phillips (Jean)
