Mr. Jeffrey Shannon Bain, age 53, of Mentone, Alabama passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2020 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center. Jeff was born on March 4, 1967 in Harvey, Illinois. He served in the United States Army and was employed at The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

He is survived by:

Wife: LeAnn Bain

Children: Jeffrey Bain (Samantha), Jacob Bain (Alley), Jordan Bain (Mackenzie), & Taylor Verdon

Grandchildren: Easton Bain, Jaydon Bain, Beau Barnes, Brynlee Bain, & Judson Bain

Parents: John & JoAnn Bain

Sister: Joy Phillips (Brad)

Brothers: Jon Bain (Tara) & Joseph Bain (Erika)

Preceded in death by:

Daughters: Kenya Bain & Logan Chandler

Pallbearers: Jon Bain, Brad Phillips, Jeff Harrison, Nathaniel Bates, Alex Rich, & Hunter Haney

Honorary Pallbearers will be DeKalb County Sheriff’s Deputies
