Mr. Billy Jack Bailey

April 7, 1946 – April 28, 2018

Mr. Billy Jack Bailey, 72, of Valley Head, AL passed away on April 28, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Rome, GA. Mr. Bailey retired from the National Guard after 22 years of service. He also served on the Valley Head City Council. He retired from Valley Mills after 26 years where he was a sewing machine technician and supervisor.
