Mr. Richard Lee Massey, age 79, of Collinsville, Alabama passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Massey was born on March 14, 1944 in Childersburg, Alabama. He retired from Goodyear’s Tire in Gadsden, Alabama and attended Highland Baptist Church in Fort Payne.

He is survived by:

Wife: Diane N. Massey

Daughters: Gina Massey & Lorna Massey

Grandchildren: Ashley Andrews (Jordan), Richard Torres, & Adrian Torres

Great-Grandchildren: Jacelyn Andrews, Emmett Andrews, & Dean Andrews

Brothers: Joe Massey & Roy Massey (Diane)

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Leaman & Julia Massey

Sister: Sheila Smith

Pallbearers: Richard Torres, Adrian Torres, Jordan Andrews, Wayne Meadows, Jerid Reeves, & Brent Reeves
