He is survived by:

Daughter: Brandi Rogers (Josh)

Grandchildren: Ethan Akins, Emma Akins, Kirsten Akins, Keidyn Hixon, Austin Rogers, Brelan Rogers, Devlon Rogers, & Josh Rogers II

Dogs who he loved very much, Mystique & Zoie

Mother: Mary Ezell Wills

Grandson: Logan Tristan Akins
